Written Directions to all Farms

Some GPS systems may have trouble with rural addresses.  Here are written directions to each farm that will get you there the old fashioned way!

Bean Hollow Grassfed

SATURDAY & SUNDAY

15 Over Jordan Farm Ln / Flint Hill, VA 22627

  • From Hwy 522 in Flint Hill, take Fodderstack Rd 1.4 miles to Dearing Rd.
  • Turn right on Dearing Rd to Bean Hollow Rd (dirt).
  • Turn left on Bean Hollow.
  • Take the first right on Over Jordan Farm Lane to Bean Hollow Grassfed.

Blue Craft Farm

SATURDAY & SUNDAY

13357 Crest Hill Rd / Flint Hill, VA 22627

  • Coming from the town of Flint Hill on 647, we are roughly a four minute drive on the left. We have clear signage and a stain glass window hanging at the end of the drive. Please drive slowly. If you get to Grimsley Road you have gone too far.

Blue Rock Polo

  • The Blue Rock entrance is on the westbound side of Rt. 211
  • Across from Rappahannock High School, between the Town of Washington and Sperryville

Chancellors Rock Farm

SUNDAY ONLY

805 Chancellors Rock Lane / Flint Hill, VA 22747

  • From John Marshall Highway (522), near Wakefield Country Day School, turn on Jericho Road.
  • Jericho turns into North Poes Road.
  • From North Poes, take a left onto Chancellors Rock Lane and head down a mile-long gravel driveway, past a stone building on your left, and a house on a hill.
  • When you get to a 3-car garage bay, you can park by the garage, or turn left and park by the stable where the farm store is located.
  • Our rendezvous point will be at the stable and we will walk from there.

Charming Hill Farm

  • Charming HIll Farm is located 2.2 miles from Rt. 211 on the left side of Viewtown Rd.
  • Look for our white farm sign with our black logo.

F. T. Valley Farm at Mont Medi

513 F. T. Valley Road / Sperryville, VA 22740

  • From Sperryville, head out of town southeast on 522.
  • Turn right on 231 south (F. T. Valley Road).
  • Drive approximately six miles and look for the signs on the right.

High Meadow Manor

116 High Meadow Manor Ln, Flint Hill, VA  22627

  • From Washington, DC: take 66 to exit 27 and then take SR647 (Crest Hill Road) for 14 miles to High Meadow Manor Lane.
  • In Rappahannock: From Flint Hill, take SR647 (Crest Hill Road) for approximately 2 miles to High Meadow Manor Lane

Magnolia Vineyards

  • From Route 211 in Amissville, take Route 642/Viewtown Rd (intersection at the old Hackley’s store).
  • Our entrance is approximately 3 miles down on the left.

Mountain Vista Farm

67 Hackleys Mill Rd, Amissville, VA 20106

  • From Warrenton: Head west on Lee Highway (US-211) ~12 mi
  • Turn Right onto South Poe Rd (645)
  • Turn Right on Hackleys Mill Rd
  • Located on the left across the Mount Moriah Baptist Church. Drive slowly up close to the gate and it will automatically open.
  • Keep right when driving up the laneway.

Off the Grid

11692 Lee Highway / Sperryville, VA

  • Located just 6 miles east of the Thornton Gap entrance to the Skyline Drive, Off the Grid is on the Thornton River, borders the Shenandoah National Park, and is 1 mile west of the charming town of Sperryville.

Pen Druid

SUNDAY ONLY

3863 Sperryville Pike / Sperryville, VA 22740

  • The farm is located very near the intersections of highways 522 and 231.

Sunnyside Farm & Conservancy

SUNDAY ONLY

27 Sweetwater Lane / Washington VA 22747

  • From Little Washington, turn onto Harris Hollow Road
  • Follow for 2.2 miles and make a right turn onto Sunnyside Orchard Road which will be the first right turn you come to.
  • Follow for 0.8 miles and then turn right onto Sweetwater Lane
  • The farm center will be 500 yards ahead on your left.

Ragged Ridge Farm / Berry Hay & Cattle

SATURDAY ONLY

2589 Emerald Hill Road, Sperryville VA 22740

  • From Sperryville, take 522 S towards Culpeper.
  • Take a right onto Round Hill Rd.
  • Turn right onto State Rte 707.
  • Sharp left onto State Rte 604/Green Rd.
  • Continue to follow State Rte 604.
  • Venue will be on the right.
